Our integrated project management team assumes the responsibility for the performance of all aspects of the project. The project manager leads and is supported by a SPEC integrated EPC team. The integrated solutions team, headed by the project manager, is responsible for equipment engineering, all procurement, equipment manufacturing, logistics and delivery to the job site, installation, management, commissioning and start up.
