Our Group Company, SPEC Private Limited provides asset management services. Our asset management unit operates and maintains clients facilities in accordance with international standards, enabling our client's success and good sleep by letting them concentrate on their core business areas. We offer operation and maintenance, commissioning and start-up services for oil and gas and power sector along with management for non operating units, re commissioning, clean-up and Re-start services.

For one of our clients, Hycarbex American Inc, SPEC apart from being EPCC contractor for gas processing facility and infrastructure is also responsible for operation and maintenance of complete GPF. Our OMS-SPEC joint venture is responsible for the operation and maintenance of power plants, which is currently managing O&M of more than 3800MW in Pakistan alone.

Our Group beside asset management alone is also providing services in built, operate and own basis in energy sector. Recently our group company Energy Processing Services has done the total investment in gas processing facility project in Haseeb Gas Field, Pakistan the EPCC is being conducted under SPEC Group and O&M for five years will be under our asset management company.
