SPEC Private Limited did acquisition of land in Sunder Industrial Estate measuring 4 Acres for extension of Fabrication facility and warehouse. Growing demand of Oil and Gas equipments and remarkable results in Pakistan, with new acquisition of land SPEC will be able to cater the standard package equipment requirements and plant rental on BOO basis in local market in a better way.  The decision of acquisition of land was decided in BOD meeting held in March as consistency mark toward SPEC policy of keep standard inventory of plates, pipe and fitting, valves, flanges, electrical, tubing, consumables, instruments, pumps, motors etc. to provide customers with shorter delivery cycle.
